Terms of Service

By creating an account and using GoalKeeper (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

GoalKeeper is operated as an MVP. Features, plans, and pricing may change. We'll give you notice of material changes by email before they take effect.

GoalKeeper logs into your SiteGiant account on your behalf, reads the totals from your channels, and sends a daily report to the Telegram recipient you connect. We do not change any data on your SiteGiant account.

When you provide your SiteGiant username and password, you authorize GoalKeeper to:

• Log in to your SiteGiant account once a day at a scheduled time.
• Read the order, product, and channel data needed to build the report.
• Stay signed in when SiteGiant requires it.

You authorize only read access. We never change any data on your SiteGiant account. If SiteGiant's terms of service forbid third-party tools acting on your behalf, complying with their terms is your responsibility — we cannot guarantee that this Service will remain compatible with future changes on SiteGiant's side.

You're responsible for keeping your GoalKeeper login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with users outside your organization.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party agreement (including SiteGiant's ToS).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild the Service.
• Submit credentials for SiteGiant accounts you don't own or have authorization to use.

GoalKeeper is one membership with everything included, billed in RM (MYR). You can pay RM 500 per month or RM 6,000 per year. A valid payment method is required at signup, and billing starts immediately — there is no free trial.

Setup fee: The monthly plan includes a one-time RM 1,000 setup fee, charged on your first-ever subscription. It is billed together with your first month as a single charge of RM 1,500 up front; every month after that is RM 500. It is never a separate second charge. The setup fee is waived on the annual plan.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no refund window and no cancellation fee.

Pricing changes apply only at your next billing cycle, never retroactively.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Payment fails and remains unresolved for 14 days.
• We're legally required to do so.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Soft deletion is immediate; permanent deletion of associated data happens within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during the MVP period. Daily reports depend on SiteGiant being reachable and your login being valid; if either fails, you'll be alerted on Telegram and in the dashboard.

The Service is provided “as is”. The daily report is for information only — not financial, legal, or business advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.

GoalKeeper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SiteGiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or any other marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, missed opportunities, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll email you and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
