Terms of Service

1. What you’re agreeing to

By creating an account and using GoalKeeper (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

GoalKeeper is operated as an MVP. Features, plans, and pricing may change. We'll give you notice of material changes by email before they take effect.

2. The Service, in plain English

GoalKeeper logs into your SiteGiant account on your behalf, reads aggregate data from your channels, and sends a daily briefing to the Telegram recipient you bind. We do not modify any data on your SiteGiant account.

3. SiteGiant authorization

When you provide your SiteGiant username and password, you authorize GoalKeeper to:

  • Log in to your SiteGiant account once a day at a scheduled time.
  • Read order, product, and channel data needed to compose the briefing.
  • Refresh authentication tokens when SiteGiant requires it.

You authorize only read access. We have no code paths that modify SiteGiant data. If SiteGiant's terms of service forbid third-party tools acting on your behalf, complying with their terms is your responsibility — we cannot guarantee that this Service will remain compatible with future changes on SiteGiant's side.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your GoalKeeper login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with users outside your organization.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party agreement (including SiteGiant's ToS).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild the Service.
  • Submit credentials for SiteGiant accounts you don't own or have authorization to use.

5. Payment, trial, and refunds

We offer a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but no charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

After the trial, you'll be billed monthly at the published plan price. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellations take effect immediately.

Refund window: If you cancel within 3 days of your first charge, we refund that month in full. After 3 days, no refund — you keep service through the end of your billing period.

Pricing changes apply only at your next billing cycle, never retroactively.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Payment fails and remains unresolved for 14 days.
  • We're legally required to do so.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Soft deletion is immediate; permanent deletion of associated data happens within 30 days.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during the MVP period. Daily briefings depend on SiteGiant being reachable and your credentials being valid; if either fails, you'll be alerted via Telegram and in the dashboard.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. The briefing is an informational summary — not financial, legal, or operational advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.

GoalKeeper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SiteGiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or any other marketplace.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, missed opportunities, or business interruption.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll email you and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
