Getting started
- What does GoalKeeper do, in one sentence?
- We log into your SiteGiant account every night, read all your channels, and send a single Telegram briefing every morning with yesterday's numbers and anything that needs your attention.
- How long does setup take?
- Two minutes if you have your SiteGiant login and Telegram on hand. Pick a plan, enter SiteGiant credentials, scan a QR code, done.
- When does the first briefing arrive?
- The first scan starts immediately after onboarding. Your first full daily briefing arrives at 9 AM the following day.
Security & privacy
- Where are my SiteGiant credentials stored?
- In our database, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Only the patrol worker can decrypt them and only to log in on your behalf. We never display them in the dashboard, never email them, and never share them.
- Do you store my buyers' personal data?
- No. We only store aggregate numbers — total GMV, order counts, SKU-level stats. No buyer names, addresses, or emails ever leave SiteGiant.
- Can GoalKeeper change anything on my SiteGiant account?
- No. Read-only by design. We have no code paths that modify your data — we never call SiteGiant's write endpoints.
- What if SiteGiant adds 2FA or changes their login?
- We monitor the integration. If something breaks you'll get a Telegram alert within a few hours and a clear next-step in the dashboard.
Pricing & billing
- Is the free trial really free?
- Yes. You enter a card to start, but no charge happens until day 4. Cancel before then and you pay zero.
- How do refunds work?
- If you cancel within 3 days of the first charge, we refund the month in full. After that, you keep service through the end of your billing period.
- Can I change plans?
- Anytime from Settings → Subscription. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Not yet. We'll consider it once we have a few months of monthly customers.
Channels & reports
- Which channels do you support?
- Every channel SiteGiant supports — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Independent Webstore, and any new ones SiteGiant adds.
- What if I have more than 5 channels (Starter plan)?
- The patrol scans all of them. The 5-channel cap on Starter only controls which channels show up in your daily briefing. Upgrade to Team for 20 channels in the briefing.
- Can I get the briefing in something other than Telegram?
- Telegram only for now. Email digests are on the roadmap.
- Can multiple people receive the briefing?
- Starter has 1 recipient. Team supports up to 5, each with their own subscription scope (e.g., a brand manager only sees their own brand).
Account & support
- How do I cancel?
- Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Effective immediately, refund eligible if within 3 days of the first charge.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Account → Delete. Your data is soft-deleted immediately and purged within 30 days.
- Who do I email if something's wrong?
- support@goalkeeper.example — we reply within one business day.
