Pricing FAQ
What's the setup fee?
A one-time RM 1,000 charge on your very first subscription. It's charged together with your first month, so you pay RM 1,500 once up front, then RM 500 every month after. It's never a separate second charge — and it's fully waived on the annual plan.
Is there a free trial?
No. You pay from day one, but you can cancel any time — there's no lock-in and no minimum term.
What happens if I cancel?
Your service stays on through the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. There's no refund window, but there's also no cancellation fee — cancel from Settings → Subscription whenever you like.
Monthly or annual — which should I pick?
Annual costs RM 6,000 for the year (the same RM 500/month) and skips the RM 1,000 setup fee, so it's the cheaper option overall. Pick monthly if you'd rather pay as you go.
Do you store my SiteGiant password?
It's kept in an encrypted database hosted on AWS. We use it only to log in on your behalf; we never show it or send it in plain text.
