Pricing FAQ
Is there really no credit card during the trial?
You enter your card to start the trial, but no charge happens until day 4. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
You lose access immediately. If you cancel within 3 days of the first charge, we refund it in full.
Can I switch between Starter and Team?
Yes — switch any time from Settings → Subscription. Stripe handles the proration.
Do you store my SiteGiant password?
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Only the patrol worker can decrypt it to log in; we never display or transmit it in plain text.
